Travel
We are once again travelling a fair amount. For work, I was in Boston in June then Poland in October with a number of other smaller meet-ups in Liverpool and Birmingham. I once again visited the “Stamp and Coin Fair” in York, North Yorkshire in January then again in July.
- March - Visited Isle of Anglesey for a bit of a break. Then, we visited the amazing Japan, see my journal here.
- May - Visited London to visit the dentist (and a bit of fun including seeing the staged version of Spirited Away.
- June - Visited Krakow with Mel for a bit of tourism with a brief visit to Warsaw. In the middle of the month I visited my company's headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts where I found the city to be very nice indeed, particularly the seafood…
- August - As part of a trip to Glasgow for the 2024 World Science Fiction Convention we also paid a visit to Isle of Arran.
- September - Mother came to visit for a few weeks so we paid a brief visit to London to see a show.
