Les Arcs

A high resort in the southern Alps, Les Arcs offers wide pistes but also several real challenging runs.

If you are visiting Les Arcs it is highly recommended that you also spend time at La Plagne which is easily accessible from Vallandry via the Vanoise Express lift. This lift also has the advantage of offering tremendous views of the valley below.

Arc 2000 also has several good restaurants (Le Red Rock Café is particularly good – very large, good menu though mainly American dishes).

Les Arcs is accessible via the Snow Train with also the Funicular operating from the train station that takes you directly into the resort (Arc 1600).
