Computer Programmer/Analyst

This contract was obtained as part of the “Co-Op” program of the University of Manitoba Bachelor of Computer Science degree where students alternate between four month periods of studying for their degree and work terms where they can practically apply their knowledge and gain valuable experience.

The Gemini Group provided computing services to a major Canadian airline (Air Canada). Gemini was responsible for maintaining and enhancing in-house airline reservation software.

Steve was contracted to design and develop applications using ISPF, Rexx, PL/I and SAS in their MVS/VM environment.
