Hong Kong has to be one of my favourite places in the world. With it's hustle and bustle it is full of surprises. The food scene is incredibly vibrant where you are as likely to find fantastic food available from a small restaurant stall on the street as you are in one of their Michelin-starred restaurants. Gone are the days of people selling dim sum from a cart in the road but you can still find great food at great prices just about everywhere you look.
