Review of 'Viva Restaurant'

A rather odd location and even stranger interior don't let this put you off. The menu is unusual but very well executed, the Shrimp & Sour soup is definitely not to be missed (watch out for the peppers!) though the Vietnamese Coffee is also pretty good (if only to watch other people drink it! Think of triple espresso with concentrated milk).
