Review of 'Wilderness Tips'

Wilderness Tips by Margaret Atwood

Attwood turns her talents to writing a series of somewhat odd stories. Most are concerned with sex or human relationships though there are one or two that attempt to break out of this mold. The writing is quite fluid though the stories do tend to be a bit the same with the exception of a few: Hairball, Death by Landscape, Wilderness Tips, and Hack Wednesday. Hack Wednesday I found the most disturbing of them all, pschologically. A number of her early works, Wilderness Tips is a good, light read.
