Review of 'Jurassic Park Box Set'

This is a boxed set consisting of two movies:

• Jurassic Park (1993) - Columbia Tristar Home Video
• Jurassic Park: The Lost World (1997) - Columbia Tristar Home Video

This is the classic original movie and it's “let's grab as much money as we can” sequel. The effects are very impressive, the story, at least in the first, is very good as is the acting but this is let down by the second movie where it is largely a horror or suspense movie. I always felt that the principal characters were never really in danger in the second film…Ok, there was the bit in the trailer hanging over the edge of the cliff…and the bit where they are trying to escape from the raptors in the abandoned camp…and the bit…
