Review of 'Return to Mars'

Return to Mars by Ben Bova
A 'Grand Tour' book

A follow-up to his highly successful Mars book, Bova once again returns to Mars for further exploration. We follow Jamie Waterman, a native american (which is emphasised again and again throughout the novel), as he leads the return expedition. The foremost story element is that of the search for life on the planet, which is very well executed in the novel. The book, on the whole, is easy to read and demands the reader to turn the page and continue. If you liked the first one, you will like this one. As to whether or not it is better than the original…It is a continuation of the first novel (if that answers the question).
