Review of 'Red Dragon'

Red Dragon by Thomas Harris

In this prequel to “The Silence of the Lambs” and “Hannibal” the story finds Will Graham, the FBI man who captured Hannibal Lector – suffering severe bodily harm in the process – chasing after a new killer – The Red Dragon. The Red Dragon targets families (and their pets) during the full moon and is brutal in his assult. The story is fast paced and interesting. The role of Lector is quite minimal though a bit more of his history is revealed. A good read, if a bit horrific in places (who would have guessed?).

Rating: “It is OK but I have some issues”
